John Paul joined IC Realtime in 2016 as National Sales Manager. JP brings with him a wide range of experience in the business to business sector, specialising in the high tech Electronic Security. For in excess of fourteen years JP has been successfully working in this sector for market leading companies such as Scott & O’Shea, ADT and Brinks. Factors which have contributed to his success in this field are his ability to sell technical solutions to non-technical people and in building strong mutually beneficial business relationships.

Stephanie joined IC Realtime in 2013 as Sales Support Administrator and quickly became an integral part of the IC Realtime team. Stephanie has sixteen years of experience in a customer support role and has a proven track record in managing daily organisation operations. Stephanie takes enormous pride in her work which combined with her attention to detail ensures our customers receive exceptional support.

Michael is an accomplished engineering professional, with a strong background in integrated security systems having previously working for market leading companies such as G4S, Tyco, Baxall and CBC. Michael has proven track record in security systems design, specification and support which enable him to provide our clients with industry leading expert knowledge.

Brian has joined the IC Realtime sales team having previously been in a senior technical support role with us since 2014. Brian brings with him extensive knowledge of the technology we supply and also the support services we offer. Having started his career as an electrical and security system engineer Brian has developed in to a customer support specialist in a field which he has expert technical knowledge.
